APPALOOSA REAL ESTATE PARTNERS ACQUIRES 5.3 ACRES OF LAND IN BLAIRSVILLE, GA

Charlotte, North Carolina (August 2020) – Appaloosa Real Estate Partners has acquired 5.3 acres of land located at 3502 Blue Ridge Highway in Blairsville, GA. Appaloosa plans to construct a new self storage facility on the property comprised of up to 50,000 square feet of climate and non climate control storage units. “We are excited to expand our presence in the Blairsville market. We value the opportunity to be a part of this growing community and to provide further storage services,” said Brian Miller, Partner at Appaloosa.

Appaloosa currently owns Ridge Mini Storage in Blairsville which was acquired in 2018. Construction of the new facility is slated to commence in late 2021.

APPALOOSA REAL ESTATE PARTNERS ACQUIRES GLENN STORAGE CENTER IN GASTON COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA

Charlotte, North Carolina (May 2019) – Appaloosa Real Estate Partners has acquired Glenn Storage Center located at 124 Patrick Rd. in Gastonia, NC. The self-storage facility is situated on 4.8 acres of land and is comprised of 102 self-storage units, 28 outdoor parking spaces, 12 covered RV and boat parking spaces and a 2,500 square foot office/industrial flex space.

The property is located in close proximity to downtown Gastonia and offers easy access to Belmont and Lake Wylie.

Glenn Storage Center was built in 1991 and is currently 97% occupied. Appaloosa plans to expand the property by constructing additional storage units and rental parking.
