Charlotte, North Carolina (September 2021) – Appaloosa Real Estate Partners has acquired Blue Ridge Storage Center located at 15 Fallen Spruce Drive in Asheville, NC. The self-storage facility is situated on 2.1 acres of land and is comprised of 134 self-storage units and 10 parking spaces.

“Asheville is experiencing significant demographic tailwinds and we are excited to enter the market. We view Asheville as a natural extension of our existing Western Carolina and Charlotte, NC operations. Blue Ridge Storage Center was built in 2004 and is currently 93% occupied.

APPALOOSA REAL ESTATE PARTNERS ACQUIRES LAKE LIFE STORAGE

Charlotte, North Carolina (April 2021) – Appaloosa Real Estate Partners has acquired Lake Life Storage located at 2836 Hagers Court in Denver, NC. The self-storage facility is situated on 7.8 acres of land and is comprised of 118 self-storage units and 39 outdoor parking spaces. The facility totals 24,000 square feet of climate and non climate control units.

Lake Life was built in 2017 and is currently 90% occupied. Appaloosa plans to expand the property by constructing additional storage units.

Charlotte, North Carolina (March 2021) – Appaloosa Real Estate Partners successfully negotiated the sale of Glenn Storage Center for $1,875,000. The property is located at 124 Patrick Road in Gastonia, NC.

Charlotte, North Carolina (December 2020) – Appaloosa Real Estate Partners has acquired Hayesville Self Storage located at 414 Old Highway 64 West in Hayesville, NC. The self-storage facility is situated on 3.3 acres of land and is comprised of 71 self-storage units, 25 outdoor parking spaces and 17 covered RV and boat parking spaces.

APPALOOSA REAL ESTATE PARTNERS ACQUIRES 5.3 ACRES OF LAND IN BLAIRSVILLE, GA

Charlotte, North Carolina (August 2020) – Appaloosa Real Estate Partners has acquired 5.3 acres of land located at 3502 Blue Ridge Highway in Blairsville, GA. Appaloosa plans to construct a new self storage facility on the property comprised of up to 50,000 square feet of climate and non climate control storage units. “We are excited to expand our presence in the Blairsville market. We value the opportunity to be a part of this growing community and to provide further storage services,” said Brian Miller, Partner at Appaloosa.

Appaloosa currently owns Ridge Mini Storage in Blairsville which was acquired in 2018. Construction of the new facility is slated to commence in late 2021.
