APPALOOSA REAL ESTATE PARTNERS receives site plan approval from city of charlotte on ridge road self storage development

Charlotte, North Carolina (July 2022) –

Appaloosa Real Estate Partners has received site plan approval from the city of Charlotte for its anticipated 113,500 gross square foot climate control self-storage development. Groundbreaking is expected to occur in September 2022. The development will be a 3-story Class A project at the intersection of Ridge Road and Beard Road in Charlotte and is anticipated to be completed in Q4 2023. Appaloosa successfully rezoned the property in Q1 2022.
