Charlotte, North Carolina (August 2020) – Appaloosa Real Estate Partners has acquired 5.3 acres of land located at 3502 Blue Ridge Highway in Blairsville, GA. Appaloosa plans to construct a new self storage facility on the property comprised of up to 50,000 square feet of climate and non climate control storage units. “We are excited to expand our presence in the Blairsville market. Appaloosa currently owns Ridge Mini Storage in Blairsville which was acquired in 2018. Construction of the new facility is slated to commence in late 2021.
